6月5日，巨人网络（002558.SZ）公告，公司与上海麒鹏投资管理有限公司于近日签署了《上海云锋元创私募基金中心（有限合伙）有限合伙协议》，公司拟作为有限合伙人以自有资金认缴出资1.5亿元参与认购上海云锋元创私募基金中心（有限合伙）的基金份额，基金管理人为上海云锋新创投资管理有限公司。
