有投资者向捷捷微电（300623.SZ）提问，公司目前MOS产能有多少？
6月5日，公司回答表示，公司的MOS主要产能情况：新型高端功率器件芯片生产线（产能120万片）和8英寸功率器件芯片生产线（产能60万片），公司目前的MOS综合产能约为180万片（含6寸）。目前MOS月出货量约为13.5万片。
