6月4日，古茗(01364.HK)在港交所公告，本公司谨此澄清，于本公告日期，本公司的公众持股量百分比仍高于25%的初始指定门槛，而本公司继续选用初始指定门槛以遵守上市规则第13.32B条项下的最低公众持股量要求。本公司拟于日后选用替代门槛，以于进行以资本管理为目的之交易时享有更大灵活性。
