观点网讯：6月4日，人工智能音乐平台Suno于当地时间6月3日宣布完成超4亿美元D轮融资，投后估值54亿美元。
本轮融资由Bond Capital领投，IVP、Forerunner、Union Square Ventures、Alkeon和Quiet跟投，现有投资者Matrix、Lightspeed、Menlo Ventures和Schroders Capital参股。
根据公开资料，Suno现有用户超200万，年化收入近3亿美元。Suno近期已与华纳音乐达成和解并获得版权授权，计划将团队规模扩充70%。
