6月3日，古茗（01364.HK）在港交所公告，董事会已于2026年6月3日决议，自2026年6月3日起，由选用初始指定门槛更改为替代门槛，以遵守上市规则第13.32B条项下有关最低公众持股量要求。董事会认为，通过更改为选用替代门槛，本公司可于日后进行以资本管理为目的之交易(如股份购回)时享有更大灵活性。
