6月2日，建设银行发布公告，2026年4月29日，中国建设银行股份有限公司2026年第一次临时股东会会议审议通过了关于选举孙孝坤担任建设银行执行董事的议案。国家金融监督管理总局现已核准孙孝坤的任职资格，孙孝坤正式就任建设银行执行董事。
