6月3日，在第十六届松山湖中国IC创新高峰论坛上，赛微微电（688325.SH）高级产品经理杨剑介绍，锂电池保护IC具有三种不同解决方案，公司基于单晶圆集成IC方案，已经研发出系列超低功耗电源方案，适用于AI可穿戴设备。其中，最新推出的CW1312系列集成MOS的单节锂电池保护芯片，比上一代产品面积减少64%，功耗降低75%。
