有投资者在互动平台向瑞华泰(688323)提问称，瑞华泰针对玻璃基板封装（TGV、Glass Interposer）开发了专用光敏PI（PSPI）+低介电/低CTE PI膜，是国内唯一可配套玻璃基封装的国产PI厂商，对标杜邦/钟渊，已进入中芯国际等供应链，是否属实？
对此，瑞华泰6月2日回复称，公司研发的PSPI目前处于初期研发阶段，与中芯国际无合作。
