财联社6月2日电，奥瑞德(600666.SH)公告称，公司拟以5000万元自有资金对北京超摩科技有限公司进行增资。此前公司已投资8000万元，累计出资1.3亿元，交易完成后将持有北京超摩9.9617%股权。北京超摩处于成长期，目前仍亏损，未来盈利存在不确定性。
