2026年6月2日，迪威尔(688377.SH)公告，实际控制人、董事李跃玲于2026年6月1日通过上交所集中竞价系统增持公司股份1000股，增持金额2.9万元。增持前李跃玲持股1740万股，增持后其一致行动人合计持股约8778.72万股，占比37.58%。
迪威尔表示，本次增持已实施完毕，目前无后续增持计划，不会导致控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
