6月2日，天溯计量（301449）发布公告，公司基于未来发展考量，决定调整认定部分核心技术人员。新增许亮为公司核心技术人员，而刘洪华因工作内容调整不再认定为核心技术人员，仍在公司担任其他职务。刘洪华通过合伙企业间接持有公司0.0069%的股份，许亮则间接持有0.1150%的股份。
截至本公告披露日，核心技术人员情况如下：
2026年一季度，天溯计量实现收入1.60亿元，归母净利润379万元。
