三川智慧6月2日公告称，公司将其持有的控股子公司景川水务57.7634%股权，以评估价369.37万元转让给鹰潭市龙虎山景区龙兴国有资产运营管理(集团)有限公司。交易完成后，公司不再持有景川水务股权。本次交易不构成关联交易或重大资产重组。
