中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒6月1日报道，英国湿租专营航司阿森德航空（Ascend Airways）已经停业，新近披露的清算文件显示，企业整体资不抵债缺口超5100万美元，其中逾3000万美元欠款拖欠母公司阿维亚解决方案集团（ASG）旗下关联公司。
受高昂燃油成本、英国航空运营执照（AOC）在欧洲市场遭遇结构性经营难题等因素影响，阿森德航空于4月末启动自愿破产清算程序。英国普莱斯・贝利会计师事务所破产专员受托负责该公司清算收尾工作。
