齐鲁网·闪电新闻6月2日讯近日，广东汕头一家卤水火锅店内，四名游客点了400多元菜品，吃了近七成后，开始吐槽锅底寡淡、牛肉有腥味，并扬言已经写好5000字差评，要求店家减免费用。店家蔡先生最终无奈选择了免单。他解释，清淡本就是潮汕火锅的特色，主打保留食材原汁原味。之所以妥协，并非承认产品有问题，而是“为了维护潮汕美食的口碑”。（看看新闻）
