北京商报5月31日报道，北京市住建委官网数据显示，5月30日，北京新房网签量为295套，网签面积达到26373.07平方米，其中住宅网签201套，住宅占比68.14%，网签面积为24367.02平方米。与此同时，二手房市场表现活跃，当日网签量为309套，网签面积为27504.35平方米，其中住宅网签295套，具体占比95.47%，网签面积26841.09平方米。
