仙鹤股份5月29日公告称，公司实控人之一王明龙收到浙江证监局出具的《行政处罚事先告知书》。王明龙涉嫌短线交易仙鹤股份股票一案，已调查完毕，浙江证监局认为，王明龙的行为构成短线交易违法行为，拟决定对王明龙给予警告，并处以60万元罚款。
