5月28日，普路通（002769）发布公告，宋海纲申请辞去董事、董事长、战略委员会委员（召集人）及提名委员会委员职务，其辞职后，不在公司继续任职。同时，公司提名郭晓鹏为非独立董事候选人。
2026年一季度，普路通实现收入6321万元，归母净利润373万元。
