5月26日，国务院新闻办公室举行国务院政策例行吹风会，介绍《关于推行常住地提供基本公共服务的实施意见》有关情况，并答记者问。民政部儿童福利司司长孟志强表示，民政部将逐步统一关爱服务内容、办事流程、帮扶尺度等，共同守护好每一名流动儿童健康成长。
