据经济观察报，2026年5月21日，备受关注的投毒杀人者、三体宇宙(上海)文化发展有限公司原CEO许垚，被执行死刑。许垚投毒致使其老板，时任游族网络（002174.SZ）董事长林奇中毒身亡，并造成其他至少4人中毒。在许垚被执行死刑当日，其中一位受害者在社交媒体上留言感慨：“正义，虽迟但到。”
