香云纱，又称“莨纱绸”，是广东佛山特有的纯天然手工染整丝绸面料。它以桑蚕丝为坯，用薯莨汁液浸染，再经珠三角含铁河泥涂覆、烈日曝晒而成。制作过程需“三洗九煮十八晒”，工艺繁复。其质地挺括爽滑，透气不沾身，且越穿越柔亮，被誉为“软黄金”，是国家级非遗瑰宝。
