5月25日，ST龙元（600491）发布公告，自上次公告日至本公告披露日，公司及控股子公司发生的诉讼事项累计涉案金额约8.2亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的11.59%。
其中，作为原告涉及的诉讼事项金额为229万元，作为被告涉及的诉讼事项金额为8.17亿元。
2026年一季度，ST龙元实现收入12.61亿元，归母净利润-1.29亿元。
