记者从重庆市永川防汛救援现场指挥部了解到，5月23日23时至24日8时20分许，永川区出现特大暴雨，辖区茶山竹海街道24日2时至4时最大雨量达到296.6毫米、最大小时雨量103.6毫米，因瞬时强降雨导致17人失联，1人死亡。目前救援处置工作正在全力开展。
