5月21日，美兰集团（香港）有限公司（以下简称“美兰集团”）全球数字化平台一期项目启动会在美兰集团湖南总部圆满举行。美兰集团总经理潘训华、董事会秘书李娟，用友湖南公司副总经理熊剑、咨询与解决方案中心总监刘文斌，以及柬埔寨分会场的澳门用友总经理张勇等三方核心项目成员共同出席，双方将以此为契机，围绕智能财务深化、工厂运营效能提升、全球化数智体系构建等方向展开全面合作，用友将以数智化技术驱动美兰集团全球化战略升级，为海外业务稳健发展夯实管理基础。

As the Group’s overseas footprint continues to expand, the Cambodia base – a key strategic hub in Southeast Asia – faces higher demands in financial management, factory operations, and global collaborative control. This project takes the upgrade of the domestic financial system and the digital intelligence transformation of the Cambodia base as dual entry points. Using the Cambodia plant as a model, it aims to build a replicable and scalable overseas digital intelligence benchmark project, establish a cross-regional integrated digital intelligence platform, and achieve integrated management of finance and business as well as end-to-end data connectivity.
