据澎湃新闻报道，大连万达集团股份有限公司名下的上海万达小额贷款有限公司70%的股权将在5月26日至7月25日进行变卖，此次拍卖由上海市第二中级人民法院公开发起，起拍价约4.09亿元，评估价约7.31亿元。据企查查披露的信息显示，该笔股权此前已经历过两次流拍。
