北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）5月22日，万泰生物发布公告称，公司董事会秘书余涛已于2026年3月26日因个人家庭原因辞职，根据相关规定，董事会决定由公司董事长邱子欣代行董事会秘书职责，直至公司正式聘任董事会秘书。
