5月22日，中体产业（600158）发布公告，许宁宁因个人原因向董事会提交辞任函，辞去董事会秘书职务。辞职后，许宁宁不再公司及其控股子公司任职。
在公司聘任新的董事会秘书之前，暂由公司董事长单铁代为履行董事会秘书职责。
2026年一季度，中体产业实现收入3.40亿元，归母净利润-573万元。
