5月21日晚间，小米新品发布会上，雷军展示了小米YU7与特斯拉Model Y的销量对比，表示在上市10个月以来，小米YU7累计交付23.2万台，离Model Y35.8万辆还有距离。论单月销量的话，YU7有两个月销量超过了Model Y。雷军表示只要不放弃，不断改进，就一定会有赢的那一天。
