IT之家 5 月 20 日消息，欧洲工业级存储制造商 Swissbit 当地时间 19 日宣布推出面向嵌入式应用场景的 N7000 系列固态硬盘。其结合了自封 NAND 闪存和自研 PCIe Gen4 NVMe 主控与固件。
N7000 系列是一个平台，包含面向不同特定应用的一系列变体。总的来说，其基于铠侠-闪迪的 BiCS8 TLC，采用 DRAM-less HMB 方案，可选 M.2 2242 或 M.2 2280 外形规格。
标准 N7000 容量覆盖 240GB ~ 3.84TB，提供商用温度范围和工业温度范围变体；N7600 则将 NAND 配置为 pSLC 模式，容量 80GB~1.28TB；Swissbit 后续还将推出专为恶劣环境设计的 N7001 和 N7601。
