格隆汇5月19日｜雅诗兰黛首席执行官Stephane de La Faverie表示，与Puig就潜在合并以打造全球最大高端美妆企业的谈判仍在进行中，但目前尚无消息公布。两家公司今年3月曾表示，正在就潜在的合并进行谈判，此举将把Tom Ford、Jean Paul Gaultier和倩碧等品牌纳入同一集团旗下。该首席执行官表示，收购长期以来一直是雅诗兰黛战略的一部分。
