5月19日，菜鸟宣布在美国和德国同步上线"晚必赔"服务，承诺跨境包裹分别在10个和8个自然日内送达，超时主动赔付。据介绍，这是继英国5日达"晚必赔"后，菜鸟首次将该产品拓展至美国和欧洲大陆市场。
