据新华社旧金山5月18日电 据美国媒体报道，加利福尼亚州奥克兰市一家联邦法院的陪审团18日裁定，美企业家埃隆·马斯克在针对开放人工智能研究中心（OpenAI）的诉讼中败诉。
陪审团认为，马斯克相关主张已超过诉讼时效，OpenAI等被告不承担相应责任。
马斯克当天晚些时候表示将上诉。（记者吴晓凌）
