财联社5月16日电，深圳市住房和建设局5月15日正式发布《深圳市2026年住房发展年度计划》，系统部署新的一年住房供给、保障、更新与品质提升路径，加快构建房地产发展新模式。《计划》明确，2026年深圳将建设筹集保障性住房3万套（间）、供应4万套（间），同时推进“好房子”试点、城中村改造和完整社区建设，努力让市民群众从“住有所居”迈向“住有宜居”。 (南方日报)
