5月15日，粤港湾控股（01396）发布公告，宣布公司名称更改为“粤港湾智算科技有限公司”。
公告还指出，公司股份的简称将于2026年5月22日上午9时起更改，英文简称由“GD-HKGBA HLDGS”改为“GBA AI COMP”，中文简称由“粤港湾控股”改为“粤港湾智算”。公司股份代号保持不变，仍为“1396”。
此外，公司标志也已更改，以反映名称的变化，公司网址也将进行更新。
