蓝海华腾5月14日公告，公司第五届董事会第八次会议审议通过议案，同意聘任香宏为公司董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会会议审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会届满之日止。即日起，公司董事长、总经理邱文渊不再代为履行公司董事会秘书职责。
