5月14日，日本炼油企业Eneos公告称，已同意以21.7亿美元收购雪佛龙公司在亚太地区的部分炼油和零售资产，从而大幅扩大其在该地区的业务版图。此次收购的资产包括雪佛龙在新加坡一家炼油厂持有的50%股份，以及在新加坡、马来西亚、菲律宾、澳大利亚和印尼的其他资产。
