5月12日，安踏体育在港交所公告调整于2029年到期15亿欧元零息有担保可换股债券换股价。根据债券的条款及条件及由于股东于公司2026年5月12日举行的股东周年大会上批准股息，换股价将由港币101.13元调整为港币99.80元。债券的换股价调整将会自2026年5月19日起生效。除调整外，债券的所有其他条款及条件维持不变。
