5月12日，江龙船艇（300589.SZ）公告，公司于2026年5月12日与 THONG YONG OFFSHORE PTE LTD.签订2份《SHIPBUILDINGCONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF VESSEL》（以下简称“合同”），合同总金额为1840万美元（按2026年5月12日人民币汇率中间价1美元对人民币6.8426元折算约1.26亿元人民币）。合同标的为2艘海工船。
