Specifically,Sydneyranked the top, with the average cost of apartmentsrising slightlyfrom $520 to $530,whilethat of housesgrowing remarkablyfrom $520 to $550. Melbournefollowed a similar trend,withapartment rentsrising modestlyfrom $390 to $405 and house rentsincreasingfrom $400 to $420.
