当地时间5月6日，Arm发布2026财年第四季度及全年财报。第四财季，公司总营收达14.9亿美元创历史新高，同比增长20%，其中授权费收入同比增长29%至8.19亿美元，特许权使用费收入同比增长11%至6.71亿美元；非GAAP每股收益创下0.60美元新纪录。2026财年全年，公司总营收达49.2亿美元，其中特许权使用费收入26.1亿美元，同比增长21%；授权费收入23.1亿美元，同比增长25%。非GAAP每股收益同步创下1.77美元的历史新高。
