《科创板日报》6日讯，据TheElec获悉，随着PCB需求激增，基板厂商订购覆铜板（CCL）的交货周期已从两周延长至最长六周。这些产品所采用的是低热膨胀系数玻璃纤维（T-玻璃），能最大限度地减少高温工艺过程中衬底的变形，因此非常有利于微电路的制造和大面积衬底的制备。
