香港置业研究部董事王品弟表示，据香港置业资料研究部综合土地注册处资料显示，4月整体物业(包括一手私宅及二手住宅、一手公营房屋、工商铺、纯车位及其他非住宅)录8,692宗注册，较3月的7,737宗增加约12.3%，创4个月新高; 涉及注册金额约728.95亿元(港元，下同)，较3月约623.11亿元增加约17%，更创24个月(即2年)新高。
