兰州的鼓楼，为何与兰州鼓楼巷，不在一个地方？

这张照片上是已被拆除的兰州鼓楼。兰州鼓楼的位置，据说在张掖路喷泉的位置。关于这个鼓楼，网上有五六张老照片，我们能看到它的样子。
不过，有个奇怪的现象，兰州鼓楼在张掖路中段，而鼓楼巷却在中山林。
