格隆汇5月4日丨恒益控股(01894.HK)公告，自2026年5月4日起，1.石舰文因其他业务安排已提呈辞任公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会及薪酬委员会各自成员以及提名委员会主席；2.赵爱寅因其他业务安排已提呈辞任公司独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自成员；3.黄新文因其他业务安排已提呈辞任公司独立非执行董事以及审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自成员。
董事会谨此宣布，自2026年5月4日起，徐林岗及蔡振华各自已获委任为独立非执行董事。
