5月4日，百宏实业在港交所公告，独立非执行董事、审核委员会及薪酬委员会成员施纯笔于2026年4月30日逝世。施纯笔自2018年12月起担任董事会独立非执行董事。公司营运活动正常进行，不会因此受到不利影响。
