呋喃西林是什么？
呋喃（fū nán）西林是一种人工合成的抗菌药，可以治疗牲畜疾病。
几年前在畜牧、水产养殖中被广泛应用，后来研究发现，硝基呋喃类药物当中的“呋喃西林、呋喃唑酮”及其代谢物在动物源性食品中的残留可以通过食物链传递给人类，长期摄入会引起各种疾病，而且不易代谢，一旦进入人体，最多可在人体内留存达2年之久，并且还有致癌、致畸胎等副作用。
