当地时间5月3日，伊朗议会民政委员会主席表示，根据议会关于霍尔木兹海峡管理的计划，霍尔木兹海峡的一切交通都必须获得伊朗的许可，任何属于以色列的货物在任何情况下都无权通过。与伊朗交战的敌对国家在赔偿损失之前，不得通过霍尔木兹海峡。（央视新闻）
