5月2日，中国东方航空发布一则通报：今日公司一成都到上海的航班落地后，在缓速滑行靠近机位过程中，发生机械故障，机组立即按程序处置，最终飞机与廊桥发生局部碰擦。机上旅客安全，已有序下机。（东方视频 俞霖）
