5月1日，辽宁沈阳地铁上，一名大爷认定女子所坐为爱心专座，强行拖拽要求让座，女子衣服被拽坏，双方发生争执。
地铁客服回应，爱心专座无强制让座要求，优先供给有需要人士，乘客可根据自身情况选择乘坐，是否让座全凭个人意愿。（中安在线）
