决定书显示，庚星股份存在以下违法事实：未按规定披露关联交易及2020年年度报告、2021年年度报告存在重大遗漏；2018年半年度报告及年度报告存在虚假记载。
以上行为违反了《证券法》的规定。福建证监局决定对福建海钦能源集团股份有限公司（原庚星能源集团股份有限公司）责令改正，给予警告，并处以500万元罚款。
