财联社5月1日电，科创板公司2025年年报成绩单出炉。数据显示，截至2025年末，板块累计研发投入近9000亿元，近三年复合增长率高达7.5%。从创新研发维度来看，科创板连续七年保持近13%的研发投入强度，远超全社会研发经费投入强度，稳居A股各板块研发投入强度首位。（界面新闻记者 孙艺真）
